Neither has a reply been filed by the Respondent, nor has anything concrete been submitted about compliance with the order passed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. By Judgment dated July 4, 2025, the Section 17 order came to be upheld which was further challenged in the Supreme Court and the Digitally signed by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

Needless to say, the writing is on the wall and no further noncompliance with the directions of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal in the Section 17 Order would be acceptable. Before issuing notice for contempt, it is felt appropriate to enable the Learned Senior Advocate to counsel the Respondent and its directors, promoters and those in the management of the Respondent, about the course of action expected from them.

The matter is stood over to November 24, 2025 to enable this exercise, and if the non-compliance continues, appropriate action will be taken in the Contempt Petition.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
