This contempt petition arises out of an order dated 11 th January 2025, which confirms the previous order dated 20 th July 2023 passed by this Court on Petition under Section 9. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the monetary benefits under the development agreement entered into have not been paid by Respondent No.5-developer to the Petitioner. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.5 under instructions submits that he shall make a payment of Rs.10,22,500/- within a period of one week from today, directly to the Petitioner and in respect of amount of Rs.24,55,650/-, he shall undertake to deposit the same with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court in equal tranches, one on 15 th May 2026 and second on 15 th June 2026. Statement is accepted.
