DATED : 28th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- The order dated 20/07/2023 record a consensus as regards payment of rental compensation as it is agreed by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 that the compensation computed on the basis of 300 sq. ft of the area from the date of vacation of the premises shall be made over to the Petitioner and a categorical statement was made that out of the said amount a sum of RS. 10 Lakhs shall be made over immediately and the balance shall be paid within a period of four months. The grievance of the Petitioner is that apart from the additional amount of RS.10 Lakhs, over and above the sum agreed to be paid, there is no further payment and primafacie I am satisfied that the undertaking given to the Court by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:

Hence, issue notice to the Respondent No.1 to 8, by making it returnable on 12/01/2026, directing the Respondents to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act shall not be initiated against them, for not abiding the undertaking given to this Court on 20/07/2023 which came to be accepted and treated as an order of the Court.
Re-notify to 12/01/2026.
