Today, Mr. Pol, learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that this Court th had already issued notice to the Respondents as per the detailed order dated 28 th January 2026. Learned counsel November 2025, the returnable date was 12 submits that the Respondents have been served. 3.

Let notice of the next date of listing also be intimated to the Respondents. It is made clear that, if none appears on behalf of the Respondents on the next occasion, the Court will proceed to take up the Contempt Petition. th February 2026.
