Prima facie, we are of the opinion that Respondent No. 1 has breached the order passed by this Court dated 25th June 2024. However, before passing any further orders on this contempt proceedings, we grant an opportunity to Respondent No. 3 to place on record its affidavit in response to the grievance raised by the Petitioner alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court. The affidavit shall be filed and served upon all the parties on or before 7 th February 2026.
