Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the last line of para 1 of the aforesaid order dated 25th July 2025, the N. S. Chitnis 1/2

901-conpw.40.2025.doc number of the Patent Application, has been wrongly mentioned as '2808/MUM/2013' instead of '2129/MUM/2014'.

Accordingly, the number of the Patent Application mentioned in the last line of para 1 of the aforesaid order, be corrected as Patent Application No. 2129/MUM/2014. 4.

The order dated 25th July 2025, shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is. DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.
