The proceedings are today listed for compliance in view of the Order dated 16th October 2025. We are informed by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.7 that the possession is already handed over. What remains is now the implementation of paragraph 4 of the order dated 16th September 2025, passed by this Court directing the Stamp Authorities to take steps. We are informed by Mr. More, learned Addl. GP that appropriate steps in that regard have been taken. 2.

We accordingly record the compliance. In the event the parties have any further grievances, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities, who shall take an appropriate decision in the light of the various orders passed in these proceedings, so as to enable the redevelopment.. 3.

All contentions in that regard are expressly kept open. 4.

Before parting we may also observe that the reference to the 'Electricity Meter' in our order dated 16th October 2025, needs to be in fact the 'Sub Station'. The said order be accordingly corrected.

In the event any application made by the Society are pending consideration of the Competent Authority of the MHADA, let the same be

decided in accordance with law by a reasoned order, so as to facilitate the redevelopment.
