1. This Petition is filed praying for the only substantive relief which reads thus: a) That a writ of certiorari, writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction be issued calling for the records and after examining the legality and proprieties of the matter, be ordered and directed respondent no.3 to decide petitioner's application dated 10th March, 2025 in time bound schedule.

2. Respondents are served. Learned advocate for the Petitioner undertakes to file Affidavit of Service. However considering the nature of the orders we intend to pass, no prejudice will be caused to the Respondents, if the Petition is disposed of in terms of the following order:
