Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 makes a statement on instructions that the petitioner Nos.1, 4, 5 and 6 have been paid the arrears. So far as the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are concerned, learned counsel for the respondents makes a categorical statement that the post dated cheques are ready and that the same shall be paid to the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 the payment of which shall be honoured by 15/07/2026. Though

Bhogale 27.conpw-84-2025.odt learned counsel for the petitioner sought some time to take instructions, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, we do not intend to keep the present contempt petition pending any longer. However, liberty is kept open to the petitioners to apply to seek restoration in case the statement made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 is not honoured. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are put to notice that in case there is any breach of the statement made before this Court, we shall be constrained to take a serious view of the matter upon restoration.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
