When the matter is called out, Ms.Priya, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and submits that the Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") has been served on the Respondents on 8th December, 2025, which clearly indicates that the Notice has been accepted by the staff of the Respondents No. 1 to 3. 2.

Despite service none appears for the Respondents. 3.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and having considered the submissions, this Court is of the view that the Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the CPC be made absolute. 4.

The Notice is accordingly made absolute. The execution to proceed in accordance with law.
