As order dated 20th June 2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on Show Cause Notice No.3 of 2025 is set aside by the Supreme Court in the proceedings of Special Leave Petition (C) No.17008-17009 of 2025, hence there is no question of the Petitioner being arrested under the said order passed by this Court.

The Learned AGP informs that the concerned police officials were not aware of the said order passed by the Supreme Court, it is submitted by the learned AGP that accordingly the arrest warrant would not be executed against the Petitioner.
