It is stated by the Learned Advocate on behalf of the Election Commission that once an order permitting checking of the EVM is communicated by the Applicant, the inspection of the EVMs would be completed within a period of two months.

It is stated by the parties that the order passed on the last occasion is yet to be uploaded. However, it is stated by my office that the order was uploaded on February 7, 2026. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to follow up with the Election Commission. 3.

As regards the application under Order VII Rule 11, hearings have been completed and no further clarifications are necessary. 4.

The judgement on the said application is reserved. 5.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
