By the Order dated 18th March 2026 (Coram: Abhay Ahuja, J.) was pleased to make the Notice under Order XXI Rule 34 of the Civil Procedure Code made absolute and the Execution Application was disposed off and Registry was directed to expedite the process. By an Order dated 24th March, 2026, Ld. Prothonotary & Senior Master, appointed me to examine to verify and approve the draft Deed of Conveyance. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, draft of the Deeds of Conveyance have been annexed to the Notice under Order XXI Rule 34.
