By an Order dated 18th March 2026, the Hon'ble Court was pleased to make absolute the Notice No. 10 of 2026 under Order XXI Rule 34 of the Civil Procedure Code. Accordingly, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submitted two drafts of Deed of Conveyance to be executed by the Ld. Prothonotary and Senior Master, as per the aforesaid Order. The said two drafts of Deed of Conveyance are forming part of Notice No. 10 of 2026. The said two drafts of Deed of Conveyance are checked, verified and approved. Applicant is directed to engross the said two Deed of Conveyance and submit to the Registry.

Registry is directed to place the said two Deed of Conveyance for the signature of the Ld. Prothonotary and Senior Master.
