Pursuant to Minutes of Order dated 24.03.2024 passed by this Authority, Mr. E. B. Sivakumar, Additional Registrar (O.S) and Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master was appointed to examine, verify and approve draft of Deed of Conveyance as per Order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

Accordingly, vide Minutes of Orders dated 26.03.2026, Mr. E. B. Sivakumar, Additional Registrar (O.S) and Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master has approved two drafts of Deed of Conveyance.

Today, upon verification, office places two original Deed of Conveyance before this Authority for its execution. Accordingly, two Deed of Conveyance are duly executed in compliance of Order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

Applicant to pay stamp duty and registration charges on the said two Deed of Conveyance and register the same before the Registrar of Assurances in terms of aforesaid Orders passed by the Hon'ble Court.

After registration of said two Deed of Conveyance, applicant to submit copies of the same with the department.
