1. The present Chamber Order is filed by Mr. Mehul Arvind Shah, Advocate for Proposed Defendants in Interim Application No. 865 of 2021 in Chamber Summons (Lodg.) No.

1169 of 2019 in Execution Application No.

39 of 2025 for his discharge as Advocate for proposed Defendants. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that the Advocate has no instructions from the Proposed Defendants, to attend and represent them to the aforesaid matter. By letter dated 06.12.2025, the Proposed Defendants were informed that for want of instructions, discharge will be taken in the matter. The said letter is duly received by the Proposed Defendants.

2. The Ld. Advocate has also filed Affidavit of service proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Proposed Defendants.

3. None present for Proposed Defendants.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.
