1. The present Chamber Order is filed by Advocate Mehul Arvind Shah for his discharge as Decree Holder in Commercial Execution Application No. 1 of 2021. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that the Advocate has no instructions from the Decree Holder, to attend and represent them in the aforesaid matter and, therefore, Chamber Order is taken out for seeking discharge. By letter dated 06.12.2025, the Decree Holder were informed that for want of instructions, discharge will be taken in the matter. The said letter was sent at the three addresses of the Decree Holder, however, two envelopes returned by the Postal Authorities with the remark "Left" and the third envelope is returned with the remark "No such person at this address". The Chamber Order alongwith Affidavit in support are also tried to be served to the Decree Holder, however, the envelopes are returned by the postal authorities with the remark "No such person at the address" and "Left".

2. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Ld. Advocate for the

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Decree Holder states that he is unable to proceed with the aforesaid matter as the Applicant is not giving any instructions. He is, therefore, compelled to take discharge in the aforesaid matter. He states that the Applicant does not appear to be insterested in prosecuting with the aforesaid application. In view thereof, Chamber Order is allowed.

Advocate Mehul Arvind Shah is hereby discharged as Advocate for Decree Holder in Commercial Execution Application No. 1 of 2021. Office to delete the name of Advocate Mehul Arvind Shah as Advocate for the Decree Holder in Commercial Execution Application No. 1 of 2021 3.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.
