By the present application the Applicant seeks permission to amend the petition as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that as per the consent terms dated 3rd April 2025 filed in Suit No. 87 of 2017 it has been mutually agreed between the parties that the Caveator viz. Khurshad Rustomji Printer be joined as a Petitioner No. 2 to the present Petition. He, therefore, submits that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed.

Applicant / Petitioner to carry out the amend and consequential amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today.
