This Chamber Order has been taken out by the Applicant to carry out the amendment to the Execution Application and bring the legal heirs of the Defendant No. 3, who is expired on 7th February 2019.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Defendant No. 1 has changed the address. She further submits that Shri Ayoob Noormohammed Qureshi, Defendant No. 3 has expired on 7th February 2019 and the Applicant came to his knowledge at the time of serving the warrant of attachment through the Sheriff of Bombay on 24th July, 2025. The Bailiff has also filed a report on 15th September 2025.

Perused the affidavit in support and reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately.

Applicant to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within four weeks from today.
