By this Chamber Order the Applicant / Plaintiff applies for substituted service of writ of summons upon the Defendant No. 3 viz. Sheela Gopal Pamnani, by way of substituted service as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Writ of Summons sent for service upon Defendant No. 3 through the Sheriff of Bombay has been returned by the postal authorities with a remark "Left - Building demolished". He, therefore, prays that the Applicant be permitted to serve the writ of summons upon Defendant No.3 by way of substituted served by publishing the writ of summons in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi widely circulated in Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit-in-support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Applicant is directed to publish the writ of summons in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English language and

"Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi having wide circulation in Mumbai, as and by way of substituted service upon Defendant No. 3 and file affidavit of service within two weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
