petitioner moved praecipe dated 11.02.2026 for speaking to the Minutes of Order dated 10.02.2026.
Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that on 10.02.2026, on payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the petitioner, captioned Caveat was restored to file. However, inadvertently, cost of Rs. 2,500/- was mentioned in Minutes of Order dated 10.02.2026. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner further submits that in last paragraph of aforesaid Minutes of Order, inadvertently it was mentioned that 'Petition' be restored to file instead of 'Caveat'.
As, I find substance in the submissions of ld. Advocate for the petitioner, last part of Minutes of Order dated 10.02.2026 be read as under :
"Hence, in the interest of justice, delay of 27 days caused in filing present Chamber Order is condoned and present Chamber Order is granted as prayed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the petitioner.
Upon payment of cost, captioned Caveat be restored to file and the caveator to remove office objections of Caveat and get the same registered and/or numbered by filing/ uploading compliance praecipe within two weeks from the date of payment of cost,
