This Chamber Order is taken out for substituted service of citation upon Mrs. Pornima Santosh Gawade, wife of the deceased whose name was added by an amendment. 2.

It appears from the Petition that in para 8, the Petitioners has shown as a sister of the deceased since the wife of the deceased. She is a Class I heir is added in para 8. The name of the Class II heirs is not mentioned required in the para 8. 3.

Applicant is directed to take appropriate steps to amend the para 8 and thereafter apply for application for issuance of publication of citation by way of substituted service. 4.
