CHOL/26/2026 in WPL/4150/2024 ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Ms. Shweta Singh i/b. M. V. Kini and Company, Advocate for the applicant.

None present for respondents.

P.C.:

The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 12.08.2025 r/w. Order dated 17.09.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that there were total eight Petitions, out which in seven Petitions office objections were removed. However, inadvertently, office objections in the captioned Petition could not be removed within given time. Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that matter is now settled and they want to withdraw the captioned Petition.

Considering grounds raised in Affidavit and submission of ld. Advocate, I consider present Chamber Order favourably. Hence, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The petitioner to remove office objections of Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered by filing/uploading compliance praecipe within two weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
