In view thereof, the present Chamber Order filed in captioned Suits, does not survive and therefore, disposed of accordingly.

The Plaintiff / Applicant is at liberty to move before the Bombay City Civil Court for the said relief, as prayed under the present Chamber order, in accordance with law and subject to law of limitation.
