It appears from the Chamber Order and schedule the name of Ujawala is incorrectly written.

Applicant is directed to rectify the mistake in the name of Ujawala and also annexed fresh schedule thereto and upload the same within two weeks. Applicant is directed to file additional affidavit the steps taken for tracing out of whereabouts of the abovenamed legal heirs of the deceased within two weeks. 4.
