Ld. Advocate for the Applicant has e-filed Affidavit of Service showing service of Chamber Order upon Respondents / Org. Petitioner. Despite service, today none appeared for Respondents / Org. Petitioner. Heard ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order. It is contended therein that Ld. Advocate had taken steps to remove office objections by filing Interim Application for condonation of delay on 18.12.
2024, however, in view of conditional Order dated 03.12.2024, the Caveat got rejected on 17.12.2024. It is further contended that as per Notice dated 16.11.2024, the e-filing portal was inaccessible from 16.12.2024 to 17.12.2024. Ld. Advocate, therefore, prays for restoration of the Caveat by allowing the present Chamber Order.
Reasons mentioned in the Affidavit appear to be genuine and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
