P. C. : 1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petitioner No.1 viz. Hina Anant Mehta has died on 7th December, 2024. He further submits that the Applicant be permitted to delete the name of Petitioner No.1 and the Petitioner No.2, who is the son of the Petitioner No.1 and the deceased, be continued as Petitioner. He further submits that the Applicant be permitted to carry out all consequential amendments in the Petition and the relevant papers and proceedings filed in the Court.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. The Applicant in the Affidavit has stated that the Petitioner No.1 has died on 7th December, 2024 and he is the son of the deceased and Petitioner No.1.

4. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed as under :

2. To carry out consequential amendments in the Petition and relevant papers and proceedings file in this Court.
