Heard Mr. Yadav, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

In the present case, it is prima facie found that the property is not situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. In that view of the matter, a serious questions arises on the maintainability of the present Petition. The property situated in District Palghar. 3.

Be that as it may, it is seen that the Petition has already been dismissed for non-compliance of office objections. Chamber Order has been taken out which is nomenclatured as Chamber Order No.53 of 2026.

In view of the above facts no purpose whatsoever will be served in allowing the Chamber Order and restoring it back

Mr. Yadav is directed to take appropriate instructions and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date. 6.
