For the reasons stated in the Affidavit, the returnable date of warrant of sale of movable and immovable property issued on 2.3.2015 under Order XXI, Rule 64 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and amended till 13.12.2024 is now extended till 13.12.2025 and amendment to be carried out accordingly.
