1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petition for Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of the deceased viz. Late Mrs. Parpati Ramchand Advani. It is further stated that the deceased had left a writing dated 3rd January, 2001, which is her last Will and Testament and inadvertently probated to request granting of Letters of Administration with a last Will and Testament of the deceased dated 3rd January, 2001. She further submits that by an order dated 17th January, 2025, liberty was granted to the Petitioner to prove the last Will and Testament of the deceased and convert the Petition into Letters of Administration with Will. She further prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Petitioner be permitted to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed thereto.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order.

4. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and re-declare the Petition, within two weeks' from today.
