For the reasons stated in the Affidavit, the returnable date of warrant of sale of movable and immovable property issued on 21.3.2015 under Order XXI, Rule 64 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and is returnable till 13.12.2024, is now extended till 13.12.2025 and amendment to be carried out accordingly.
