Heard Ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that they were in process of removing office objections, however, due to inadvertent error on the part of Advocate Clerk, office objections could not be removed within stipulated time and the matter got rejected.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant made a statement that now he will pursue with the captioned Petition diligently and hence, present Chamber Order may be granted by condoning delay of 47 days caused in filing present Chamber Order. Statement is accepted.

Considering reasons, as above, it transpires that the Applicant had made attempts to remove office objections, and he is in process of removing office objections. Therefore, in my opinion, one opportunity is required to be given to the Applicant to pursue with the captioned Petition. In view of above, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed by condoning delay of 47 days caused in filing Chamber Order.
