P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicants seek amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicants submits that the original Petitioner viz. Bhavin Jitendra Shah has expired on 14th December, 2024 and Rupal Bhavin Shah, Daughter in Law of the deceased (Petitioner) and Reeva Bhavin Shah, Grand Daughter of the deceased to be brought on record as new Petitioner and legal heir. She prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Perused the Affidavit dated 20th January, 2025 in Support of the Chamber Order. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendments and consequential amendments to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within four weeks' from the date of uploading the order.
