1. By this Praecipe dated 21st February, 2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner seeks permission to annex Exhibit - "J" to the Schedule to the Chamber Order. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that due to oversight the Exhibit - "J" i.e. Death Certificate of the Original Petitioner was not annexed to the Schedule to the Chamber Order but the same is annexed to Affidavit in Support. She further submits that by an order dated 13th February, 2025, the Chamber Order was allowed and the Applicant / Petitioner was permitted to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. She further submits that since the Death Certificate is not annexed to the Schedule, the Applicant / Petitioner will not be able to annex to the Petition at that time of carrying out to the Petition.

She, therefore, prays that the Applicant / Petitioner be permitted to annex a copy of the Death Certificate of the Original Petitioner being Exhibit - "J", to the Schedule to the Chamber Order and thereafter to carry out the amendment and also prays for extension of one more week.

2. The Applicant / petitioner is permitted to annex and upload a copy of the Death Certificate of the Original Petitioner being Exhibit - "J", to the Schedule to the Chamber Order. Time to carry out amendment is extended three weeks from today.
