Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff submits that, as per Order dated 25th March, 2026, the Plaintiff was granted liberty to amend the cause title of the Plaint. He further submits that the Applicant / Plaintiff could not amend the cause title of the Plaint within a stipulated time. He, therefore, seeks an extension of two weeks time to comply with the directions. 3.
