P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order the Applicant / Plaintiff seeks amendment of the Plaint as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff submits that the additional address of Defendant No. 23 and new address of Defendant Nos. 27, 28, 52, 53 and 54 are required to be mentioned in the title of the Plaint as the Writ of Summons could not be served upon the said Defendants at their addresses. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Plaintiff be permitted to amend the cause title of the Suit as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Considering the averments made in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and same is signed separately.

4. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks' from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.
