1. By the present Chamber Order the Plaintiffs seek leave to serve Writ of Summons upon Defendant No.6 viz. Ms. Shala Shirazi by way of Private Currier i.e. DHL-Blue Dart Express Ltd. Perused the Affidavit in Support. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs submits that the Writ of Summons was sent for service upon the Defendant No.6, who is having address at 7312, Grand Oaks Avenue, Citrus Heights, 95621, Sacramento, California, USA, by Air Mail but the same could not be effected. He further submits that the Plaintiffs be permitted to serve the Writ of Summons upon Defendant No.6 by Private Currier viz. DHL-Blue Dart Express Ltd.

2. Considering the averments made in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. The Plaintiffs are directed to serve the Writ of Summons within four weeks from today.
