1. By the Praecipe dated 3rd March, 2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs seeks directions to the Sheriff of Bombay to dispatch the Writ of Summons along with true copy of the Plaint for service upon Defendant No.6 viz. Ms. Shala Shirazi. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs submits that by an order dated 20th February, 2025, the Plaintiffs were directed to serve the Writ of Summons upon the Defendant No.6 through a private Courier viz. DHL-Blue Dart Express Ltd.. He further submits that the no specific direction is given to the Sheriff of Bombay to send the Writ of Summons for service upon Defendant No.6 through the private courier. He, therefore, prays that a directions be given to the Sheriff of Bombay to send the Writ of Summons for service upon the Defendant No.6 and time may be extended by further period of two weeks.

2. The Para-2 of the order dated 20th February, 2025 stands modified as under :

"The Plaintiffs are directed to serve the Writ of Summons upon the Defendant No.6 viz. Ms. Shala Shirazi through the Sheriff of Bombay by a private Courier viz. DHL-Blue Dart Express Ltd., within a period of four weeks from today."

3. Time to serve the Writ of Summons is further extended by two weeks.
