The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 05.05.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support and Additional Affidavit in Support, explaining delay, contents of which are self-explanatory. Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that office objections were complied with, and compliance praecipe was uploaded. However, further office objections were raised, which were also attempted to upload by Advocate on record.

But, inadvertently, 'Submit' was not clicked by Advocate. It is contended in Additional Affidavit that delay of 74 days was caused in filing present Chamber Order, which was not intentional. Lastly, it is prayed that present Chamber Order may be allowed as prayed by condoning delay.

Ld. Advocate for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits for passing suitable orders in the matter.

Considering grounds in the Affidavit, the applicant has made out a case for restoration. However, delay caused in filing present Chamber Order is required to be compensated by saddling cost so that the applicant would be more diligent in pursuing matter. Hence, in the interest of justice, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,500/- to 'The High Court

Upon payment of cost, captioned Petition be restored to file and the petitioner to remove office objections of Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered by filing/ uploading compliance praecipe within two weeks from the date of payment of cost, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
