For the reasons stated in the Affidavit, the returnable date of Warrant of Attachment of a Debt Not Secured by Negotiable Instrument issued under Order XXI, Rule 46 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and Warrant of Attachment of Immovable property issued under order XXI Rule 54 of Code of Civil Procedure 1908 and is returnable date till 15th January, 2024 is now extended for a further period of one year from 16th January, 2025 to 15th January, 2026.
