The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant to carry out the amendment in cause title and Column-'J' of the Execution Application No.1581 of 2024, as per Schedule annexed to Chamber Order.

Perused Affidavit dated 4th February, 2025 annexed to the Chamber Order. The said Affidavit is signed by the Proprietor of the Decree Holder. The Applicant has stated in the Affidavit in Support that the Respondent has left the address mentioned in the cause title of the Award and Execution Application. It is further stated that the Defendant is presently residing and carrying out business from new address and the same needs to be mentioned in Column - "J" and cause title of the said Execution Application. The Applicant therefore prayed that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit in Support of Chamber Order dated 4th February, 2025 annexed to the Chamber Order, the present Chamber Order is granted, and the same is signed separately.

4. The Learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to carry out amendment, as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within period of two weeks from the date of uploading the order.
