1. This Chamber Order is taken out by M/s. Wadia Ghandy & Co., Applicant/Advocate for the Plaintiffs seeking discharge on behalf of Plaintiffs, Deepak Kulkarni and Remedial Capital, LLC respectively in Suit No. 721 of 2019.

2. Applicant has filed Affidavit of service dated 07.03.2025. Inspite of service, no one is present on behalf of Plaintiffs.

3. Perused Affidavit in support dated 26.02.2025. Para - 1 and 2 are relevant which are reproduced hereunder;

1. I say that I had addressed a Notice by way of email dated July 25, 2022 to the Plaintiffs stating that since no instructions or response has been received from the Plaintiffs, we seek to take a discharge in the matter. The Plaintiffs were also requested to inform of any alternative arrangement for returning all the papers and proceedings in the captioned matter. Exhibit - 'A' is a copy of the email dated July 25, 2022, addressed by me to the Plaintiffs. In view of the above, I say that the Notice ha been duly served upon the Plaintiffs.

2. In the aforesaid circumstances, I say and submit that M/s. Wadia Ghandy & Co. wishes to apply for discharge as Advocates for the

Plaintiffs in the captioned Suit and all proceedings filed therein in terms of the Chamber Order. I therefore, pray that the same is granted."

4. I am satisfied that the Ld. Advocate has substantially complied with the procedure for obtaining discharge under High Court, Original Side Rules read with the provisions and Rules framed under the Advocates Act.

In view of above, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, M/s. Wadia Ghandy & Co. have been discharged on behalf of the Plaintiffs in Suit No. 721 of 2019. Office to delete the name of Advocate, M/s. Wadia Ghandy & Co. as Advocate for the Plaintiffs in Suit No. 721 of 2019. Advocate, M/s. Wadia Ghandy & Co., to communicate this Order to the Plaintiffs and thereafter, Plaintiffs to engage another Advocate, if they so desire.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.
