Pursuant to the order dated 26th February 2025, today when the matter is called out, this Court is informed by Mr. Agarwal, learned Counsel appearing for Wadia Ghandy & Co. that vide order dated 12th March 2025, the Prothonotary & Senior Master has discharged the said firm on behalf of the Plaintiffs.

Perusal of the said order indicates that the said firm was to Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

20-S-721-2019.doc communicate the order of the Prothonotary & Senior Master to the Plaintiffs. Upon a query from this Court to the learned Counsel appearing for Wadia Ghandy & Co. as to whether any communication has been effected upon the Plaintiffs, Mr. Agarwal submits that they have sent an e-mail but he does not have a copy of the said e-mail. 3.

From the order of the Prothonotary & Senior Master, it is gathered that the Plaintiffs can engage another Advocate if they so desire. However, in the absence of any date on which the order of discharge was communicated to the Plaintiffs, it would not be appropriate to dismiss the Suit.

Accordingly, list on 7th May 2025.

It is made clear that if none appears for the Plaintiffs on the next date, this Court will dismiss the Suit.

Let copy of the order be intimated to the Plaintiffs by the Registry and an appropriate report be placed before this Court by the next date.
