1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Notice upon all concerned and Sharad Venugopal Golikeri (Son of the deceased) by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Notice in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Karnataka Malla" in vernacular language i.e. Kannada.

Perused the Affidavit dated 1st October, 2024 annexed to Chamber Order. It is stated in the said Affidavit that the address of Sharad Venugopal Golikeri, Son of the deceased is not known and she had made enquiry about the said legal heir with the friends and relatives about his whereabouts but to no avail. It is further stated that the Applicant had also made search on social media applications like Facebook, Instagram but he could not get any details. The Applicant has prayed that the he may be permitted to serve a Notice upon the said Sharad Venugopal Golikeri and upon all concerned.

Perused Para-6 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner. ..2/-

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the address of Sharad Venugopal Golikeri, Son of the deceased is not known to the Applicant and she had made enquiry about the said legal heir with the friends and relatives about his whereabouts but the Applicant did not get any information. He further submits that due to inadvertently the name of newspaper is written as "Navshakti" instead "Karnataka Malla" and the Applicant / Petitioner be permitted to publish the Notice in the newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English and "Karanata Malla" in Kannada language. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 1st October, 2024 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-6 of the Petition, the present Chamber order is granted, and the same is signed separately. Publication of Notice to be done in two newspapers viz. (1) "Free Press Journal" in English and (2) "Karnataka Malla" in Kannada language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Notice, if required.
