1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon (1) Anant Narsimha Nayak (Brother of the deceased), (2) Ramchandra Narsimha Nayak (Brother of the deceased), (3) Suman Narsimha Nayak (Sister of the deceased),
(4) Kasturi Jeevottam Bhat (Sister of the deceased), (5) Girija Raghavendra Shanbaug (Sister of the deceased), (6) Rama Narayan Kama (Sister of the deceased) and (7) Sushila Ganesh Gunvanthe (Sister of the deceased) by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.
Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navbharat" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 3rd March, 2025 annexed to Chamber Order. It is stated in the said Affidavit that the deceased died issueless. It is further stated that the Applicant is not aware of the last known address and their present whereabouts of the above named legal heirs. He has further stated that with the help of other family members and friends made diligent search / enquiry with all their relatives but no one could find out their present address. The Applicant therefore requested to permit him to publish the Citation upon ..2/-

above named legal heirs by way of substituted service by publishing in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navbharat" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused Para-9 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the deceased died issueless. He further submits that the Applicant is not aware of the last known address and their present whereabouts of the above named legal heirs and the Applicant with the help of other family members and friends made diligent search / enquiry with all their relatives but no one could find out their present address. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 3rd March, 2025 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para-8 of the Petition, the Chamber Order is allowed. The Applicant is directed to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. (1) "Free Press Journal" in English and (2) "Navbharat" in Marathi language, within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.
