1. This Chamber Order is filed by Advocate Ms. Sapana Rachure for her discharge as Advocate for Defendant No. 1 in Commercial Admiralty Suit No. 26 of 2024.

2. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that through email dated 09.07.2024 30.09.2024, 13.06.2025 and 03.07.2025, the Ld. Advocate sought instructions from the Defendant No. 1. As no instructions received, by e-mail dated 19.07.2025, the Ld. Advocate informed the Defendant No. 1 that she would be seeking discharge for want of instructions in the aforesaid matter. However, there is no response from the Defendant No. 1 in the aforesaid matter. In view thereof, Chamber Order is filed seeking discharge for Defendant No. 1.

3. The Ld. Advocate for Defendant No. 1 tenders Affidavit of service proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Constituted Attorney of Defendant No. 1 through email dated 16.09.2025. Notice to remain present for hearing of matter is also given to Constituted Attorney by an email dated 26.02.2026. The

4. Constituted Attorney of Defendant No. 1 is not present though served.

5. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.

Advocate Ms. Sapana Raichure is hereby discharged as Advocate for Defendant No. 1 in Commercial Admiralty Suit No. 26 of 2024. Office to delete the name of Advocate Ms. Sapana Raichure in Commercial Admiralty Suit No. 26 of 2024.
