The Ld. Advocate for the Claimant filed an Additional Affidavit in support of Chamber Order on 21st March, 2025 for the reasons stated in the said Additional Affidavit, the returnable date of Warrant of Attachment of immovable property issued under Order XXI, Rule 54 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on 19th December, 2014 and is returnable date till 19th June, 2020 is now extended for a further period from 19th June, 2020 to 19th June, 2025.
