1. The present Chamber Order is filed by the Applicants/Orig. Respondents in Writ Petition No. 702 of 2016 for discharge of their Advocate Santosh Sitap. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that the Applicants/Orig. Respondents do not wish the Advocate Santosh Sitap to represent them in the aforesaid matter, on account of various complications and issues that have arisen with regard to the aforesaid Writ Petition. It is further stated that by letter dated 15.12.2025, the present Advocate for Applicants has sent Notice requesting No Objection of Advocate Santosh Sitap for her appointment as Advocate for Respondents in aforesaid Writ Petition.

2. The Ld. Advocate has served Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to the Advocate Mr. Santosh Sitap on 17.02.2026.

The Ld. Advocate for Applicants tenders Affidavit of service annexing covering letter alongwith postal tracking report, which is taken on record.

3. None present for Advocate Santosh Sitap, though served.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate Mr. Santosh Sitap is hereby discharged as Advocate for Respondents in Writ Petition No. 702 of 2016. Office to delete the name of Advocate Mr. Santosh Sitap as Advocate for Respondents in Writ Petition No. 702 of 2016.
