By this Chamber Order, the Applicant applies for amendment of Column "J" of the Execution Application as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that by an Order dated 9th January 2024 the Respondent was directed to file affidavit of disclosure and in compliance of the said Order. The Respondent had filed affidavit of disclosure dated 20th January 2024. He further submits that, in view of the disclosure assets made by the Respondent in the affidavit. It is necessary to amend the Column "J" of the Execution Application annexed Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Applicant to carry out the amendment within two weeks as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.
