1. By this Chamber Order the Plaintiffs seek to serve the Writ of Summons upon Defendant No.2 by substituted service i.e.

pasting at the address of the Defendant No.2. Perused the Affidavit in support. The Plaintiffs had made an attempt to serve the Writ of Summons upon the Defendant No.2 through the Bailiff but the same could not be served. The Bailiff of Sheriff of Bombay has filed an Affidavit of service dated 14.02.2025 alongwith his report.

2. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. The Plaintiffs is directed to serve the Writ of Summons upon the Defendant no.2 by way of substituted service by affixing the Writ of Summons at the conspicuous part of the last known address of the Defendant No.2 within two weeks from today.
